Specialized Assessments

When it is not possible for the client to explain the specific tasks required for their job, it makes more sense for the therapist to go to the work environment.

This tool is very useful when a client has difficulties integrating and transferring what was learned in the clinical environment to their work tasks.

Furthermore, because some tasks cannot be practiced in a clinical environment, we offer training in the work environment.

By going directly to the work environment, we can create a more favorable and welcoming condition for the client. As a result we considerably increase:

  • The personal efficiency at work

  • The perception of the health condition

  • The perception of the client’s capacity

  • The motivation to return to work

  • The success of returning to full time work

  • The persistence of the gains in the work environment
