Postural hygiene & body mechanics training

This part of the rehabilitation program is aimed at people who are still suffering of musculoskeletal or other pain, even after multiple past conventional treatments.

The occupational therapist uses a global approach to eliminate barriers and optimize the return to a normal life or to work. With the help of an exercise program, education, advice on postural hygiene and work simulation, postural hygiene training and body mechanics within a rehabilitation program, the goal is to manage the pain, increase muscle strength and improve quality of life.
